If you are a care recipient, the eConsumer App can be installed on your mobile phone or tablet, allowing you to:
• Monitor your care appointments via a daily calendar
• Identify who will be delivering the service and what time, for security purposes
• Make comments regarding the service delivered and/or the performance of the staff member
If you are a family member, the eConsumer App allows you keep track of your loved ones’ appointments for care delivery, offering access to:
• Scheduled appointments and planned services
• View services that are completed and/or not delivered
• How your loved one rates the service and the staff member delivering the service
• Service changes
